Donna Hogan the beautiful half sister of Anna Nicole Smith penned a book about the life of Anna  Nicole as well as both of  their troubling childhood soon after the  untimely death of the blonde bombshell. However the book was already in the writing phase months before the deaths of Anna and her son Danny.

Hogan is now suing Michael Viner and Phoenix Books for publishing without a signed contract, their lack of payment for her 40% back-end agreement, their promise to sell serial rights and to sell the book abroad, their promise to sell movie rights and to pay her an upfront fee of $200,000.00.
