Opening this Friday, in limited release, is the first film from Carlos Cuarón. While Carlos has written films like “Y Tu Mama Tambien”, this is his first time behind the chair and I really hope it isn’t his last. That’s because “Rudo Y Cursi” was a lot of fun to watch as it had me laughing from beginning to end. Also, both Gael García Bernal and Diego Luna were fantastic as two brothers who you could sort of say don’t get along…

If you want to take a chance on a real indie movie, and one that’s really worth your time, I def. recommend this film. Here’s the synopsis and 6 clips and the trailer. Check them out. And look for some interveiws tomorrow or Thursday with the cast and Carlos.
