Alyson Hannigan and her little family stepped out to do a bit of shopping for a party they were invited to in SoCal this week … Satyana’s first party, y’all. Aly picked up a few things at a boutique before she and hubby Alexis Denisof made their way to the party nearby with their little bundle of joy … behold:
