WEST POINT, N.Y., June 30, 2009 – “Cadet Candidate! Walk up to the line! Walk up to the line! Walk up to the line!”
Army Secretary Pete Geren and Army Lt. Gen. Franklin L. Hagenbeck, superintendent of the U.S. Military Academy, meet with parents of West Point cadets during “R Day,” the first day of in-processing for cadet candidates at West Point, N.Y., June 29, 2009.
