School of the Americas Watch is a great resource for information, including visuals, on what’s happening in Honduras.

(SOA = School of the Americas, where our military has long trained the troops, and torturers, for South American elites.)

Great photojournalism of the coup in process. There are links to several articles that will help understand what is going on. The military (SOA-trained in Fort Benning, GA) has set up roadblocks all over the country in an attempt to prevent Zelaya supporters from reaching the capital. The soldiers are also reportedly attempting to shut down public transportation.

Photos from around the internet show that Hondurans are in the streets resisting. There are protests all over Tegucigalpa, trying to impede military movements.
