Jim Johnson – The Passing of a Legend

With all of the hype surrounding Brett Favre’s latest retirement let us not forget the man who was the architect of some of the most aggressive and complex defenses schemes in NFL history.  Jim Johnson was 68 and spent 22 years of his life as an NFL assistant.  He came up with blitz packages that constantly had QBs on their heels.  He was beloved in Philadelphia, which is not an easy thing to do.  He’ll truly be missed.
