Rihanna wants Chris Brown’s stay away order to be removed ?
Rihanna’s lawyer Donald Etra revealed to People magazine that no restraining order for Chris Brown was ever requested by Rihanna. Etra told that “If asked, we will tell the court that all that’s necessary is a level-one order: That Brown not annoy, molest or harass her,” She further added that “No stay-away order was ever requested by Rihanna, nor did she ever believe it was necessary.” Rihanna On June 22, 2009, Brown avoided a prison sentence by pleading guilty to one count of felony assault on his former girlfriend. As part of the plea Brown received five years probation and was ordered to stay fifty yards away from Rihanna, unless at public events, which then will be reduced to ten yards In July, Chris Brown posted a two-minute video clip on his official YouTube page to issue a public apology for the altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna in February. Brown revealed that he wanted to publicly express his “deepest regret and accept full responsibility.”.
