CONTINGENCY OPERATING BASE BASRA, Iraq, Aug. 24, 2009 – Along with their Iraqi counterparts, U.S. soldiers from the 17th Fires Brigade and the 4th Infantry Division’s 2nd Brigade Combat Team handed out food and supplies to residents of Faddaqhryah and Bahar, Iraq, Aug. 18.
