CONTINGENCY OPERATING BASE ADDER, Iraq, Oct. 1, 2009 – Kids love anything free. So when Border Training Team Tribal delivered children’s medicine and candy to the people in Iraq’s Maysan province Sept. 6, the kids were elated – at least for the candy.
