Sunset Boulevard
Genre - Drama, Romance, Suspense.
Rated - None.
Year - 1950.
Running Time - 1 hour and 50 minutes.
Director - Billy Wilder.
Stars – William Holden, Gloria Swanson, Erich von Stroheim, Nancy Olson, Fred Clark, Jack Webb, Hedda Hopper, Buster Keaton, and Cecil B. DeMille.

Story Breakdown – A hack screenwriter writes a screenplay for a past silent-film star who wants to enter into the movie business again.
Oscar Wins – (3) – Screenplay, Music Score, and Art Direction-Set Decoration.
My Rating - 4 (out of 4)
Review – Brilliant movie about movie business people. The script has sharp, detailed dialogue, a funny/serious tone, and interesting characters. And the excellent acting and direction just makes it even better. It is especially a treat to see famous director Cecil B. DeMille in a small part playing himself. A must-see for film buffs.
