Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes get united for kids

Kate Winslet Less than a month after Kate Winslet announced split from Sam Mendes, the couple has been spotted with their kids in New York. The announced split last month had ended the seven year old marriage between the couple. The ‘Titanic’ Star was spotted with Mendes and two kids taking them to school as reported by the Sun. Kate and Mendes didn’t wear their wedding rings but looked amicable. Winslet has a nine year old daughter from her marriage to Jim Threapleton. Also she parents Joe, six year old son with Mendes. The lawyers of the actress had stated in statement after the separation that it was “purely amicable and by mutual agreement” and they look forward to parenting their children jointly. Kate and Mendes stated dating in the 2001 and married in 2003 and had own share of money and fame as an actress and director respectively. Kate had multiple academy nominations and had won last year award for best acdemy actress for the movie’ The Reader’. Mendes had the honor as an director with his debut movie American Beauty in 2000. Off lately Kate had taken advice from her ‘Titantic’ co-star Leonardo Di Caprio to cope with the split, said sources.
