Gaga’s “compassionate thoughts”
The ‘Edge of Glory’ singer is known for having a lot of self-confidence but she admits she sometimes has her doubts and when she does, she resorts to positive thinking.
She said: “I’m not body confident all the time – just like everybody else. But sometimes I am. You know, I dance a lot and it’s important for me to stay in shape, so I can keep up with my fans, who keep me very busy on the road. My advice is to spend about 15 minutes every day having compassionate thoughts about yourself. That might help.”
Gaga also says it’s important for people to be proud of who they are and not worry about what others think.
