Joes 2011 Thursday Night Preview Jets at Broncos

What a game NFL Network has for us tonight. Two of the most scrutinized quarterbacks in the NFL take to primetime hoping to prove they’re passable NFL signal-callers. Tim Tebow is 3-1 this season a starter and won his last start despite only completing two passes. Mark Sanchez is under fire yet again after getting shelled by the Patriots in what ended up being a blow-out loss at the Meadowlands. Thank you NFL!

(4-5) Denver Broncos

Don’t look now, but with a win the Broncos could get to .500 and move into second place in the AFC West, a loss behind Oakland at 5-4. I could not be any more excited to see the Tim Tebow show in action tonight. John Fox has taken great lengths to make Tebow feel at home by incorporating the read option into the Bronco offense, letting Tebow run to his heart’s content. (Though how’d you like to be a wide-out in an offense that runs 55 times a game?) Thankfully Fox’s defense has shown up to work with an attitude the past few weeks, led by rookie sack-machine Von Miller, who’s getting plenty of DROY talk.
