Panetta Provides Perspectives From Trip to NATO, Germany

WASHINGTON, Feb. 10, 2012 – Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta issued a message today providing his perspectives from a trip he took last week to participate in a meeting of NATO defense ministers at the alliance’s headquarters in Brussels and to visit with U.S. service members and attend a security conference in Germany.
