I’m not going to lie—I wasn’t all that impressed with the Emmy winners, and it was primarily because I don’t watch the shows that won the most awards. You know, like Homeland. You guys told me months ago that I’d probably totally adore it, but I just haven’t gotten around to watching it just yet. See, I’m still in the throes of my Dawson’s Creek marathon, and with two children, a husband, and my full-time writing gig, I only have so much time to dedicate to one special television show at a time, and right now, it’s DC all the way. Maybe when this is all over, and Dawson and company are left in the dust of my fleeting memory, I can then move on to Homeland or Modern Family, but until then, we’re just going to have to bide our time and see how the storylines between Joey and Pacey and Dawson pan out.
Did your favorite shows win? Hm?
